Thomas M. Paper is the Managing Partner of Webster Pacific LLC, which was
formed in early 2004. His background includes: a) President of Lewis Bolt & Nut
Company, a manufacturer of bolts & forgings for the railroads, b) President of Premier
Roasters, a manufacturer of private label roast & ground coffee for the major grocers
in North America, c) CFO of Mendocino Forest Products, a fully-integrated manufacturer
and supplier of forest products to Home Depot, d) multiple years of consulting experience,
including work for Bain & Company and industry experience in agribusiness, OTC drugs,
publishing, nutraceuticals, internet radio and janitorial equipment. He currently
sits on the boards of Lewis Bolt & Nut Company and Mendocino Forest Products. Mr.

Susan Beans is a Partner of Webster Pacific LLC. Prior to joining Webster
Pacific she was the Chief Financial Officer for TRADE, Inc. in San Mateo for 5 years
and has acted as a part-time CFO for several other Bay Area companies. Prior to
becoming a CFO, Ms. Beans spent four years as a consultant for Bain & Company and
did extensive work in customer research, market analysis and cost reduction in a
wide variety of industries. Ms. Beans began her career in the auditing group at
Price Waterhouse where she earned her CPA. Ms. Beans earned a BS in Business Administration
from UC Berkeley and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Richard F. Boland, Jr. is a Financial Consultant with Webster Pacific LLC.
His background includes: a) Founder and CEO of e-Radio, USA, Inc., an early stage
company specializing in radio datacasting solutions, b) President of TBC Group,
Inc., a financial management consulting firm, c) COO and CFO of Gazette Printing
Company, a commercial printer and community newspaper company, d) Vice President
of Finance for American Urban Radio Networks, a radio broadcasting network, e) CFO
of Albimar Communications, Inc., an owner and operator of radio stations. Mr. Boland
also has a background in commercial banking and turnaround and interim CFO consulting
experience. His industry experience includes manufacturing, metals processing, media
and communications, transportation and logistics and specialized food products.
He currently sits on the boards of Powerplant Maintenance Specialists, e-Radio USA
and SRB Productions. Mr. Boland received his undergraduate degree from Mount Union
College and his MBA from Baldwin Wallace College.

Stasia Obremskey is a Financial Consultant for Webster Pacific LLC. Stasia
has over twenty years of experience providing financial and strategic planning consulting
to health care entities in the U.S. and Asia. She began her consulting career as
a management consultant with Bain & Company. Previously, she worked in investment
banking for Morgan Stanley & Co. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration
with a concentration in finance, from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from
the Harvard Graduate School of Business. In addition to her consulting work, she
has extensive experience as a member of several non-profit boards where she has
held a number of leadership positions.

Chris Olofson is a Financial Consultant for Webster Pacific LLC. She has
over fifteen years of financial services experience in the mortgage, savings and
loan, real estate securitization and hedge fund industries. Prior to becoming a
financial consultant, Chris spent five years at GMAC Commercial Mortgage, first
as Director of Client Services, and then as Vice President of Operations. She also
spent five years as the Controller and Chief Accounting Officer for a north-bay
savings and loan. Chris has been a contract controller for small companies for the
past four years. Chris received her BA in Economics from UC Santa Barbara and earned
a CPA license while working for KPMG in San Francisco.

Michelle D. Barnett is an independent contractor for small to medium sized
companies, providing financial and systems management including new software conversion.
Her background includes work in a specialty food importer, construction company,
professional service firm, and art gallery. Mrs. Barnett received her undergraduate
degree from San Francisco State University in 2000, and she recently completed a
second degree in accounting from the University of the Pacific to sit for the CPA

Sarah Fey Kruttschnitt is a Financial Consultant with Webster Pacific LLC.
After business school, Ms. Kruttschnitt worked for Niman Ranch, a natural meat company,
as a financial manager. While at Niman Ranch, she was responsible for creating accounting
systems and procedures to improve controls and for managing the financials for four
subsidiaries. Prior to business school, Ms. Kruttschnitt worked as an investment
banker for Deutsche Bank in New York and London in the Financial Sponsor Group and
the Retail Group. Her work included valuation, analysis of investment ideas, detailed
financial models for buy-outs and merger combinations and analysis of financing
alternatives. Ms. Kruttschnitt earned a BS in Mathematics and Management from Rensselaer
Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from the Haas School of Business (UC Berkeley).

Robin Murphy is a Consultant Bookkeeper with Webster Pacific LLC. She has
over 15 years experience providing full-charge bookkeeping and controller services
to start-up entities and small to mid-sized companies in a wide range of industries.
She is an expert in QuickBooks, and is adept at setting up accounting systems, creating
procedures, identifying needs and implementing solutions that improve controls and

Ruth Perryman is a Financial Consultant with Webster Pacific LLC. Prior to
joining Webster Pacific, Ms. Perryman was the Chief Financial Officer for the Jewish
Community Federation and Foundation of the Greater East Bay and Dragonfly Media,
LLC. Prior to becoming a CFO, Ms. Perryman was the Director of Finance for Irwin
Memorial Blood Centers and an Investment Banker with Sutro & Co. Ms. Perryman began
her career as a financial analyst with the City of Oxnard where she earned her CMA.
She has also earned a CFE and a CFM. Ms. Perryman has a BS in Business Administration
with a concentration in Finance from CSU Sacramento and an MBA and has taken all
the coursework toward a DPA from the University of La Verne.

Jane Schopplein is a Consultant Bookkeeper with Webster Pacific LLC advising
our clients with her Quickbooks expertise. She has over 15 years background in bookkeeping,
in a wide variety of industries. She spent five years in the natural gas industry
as a scheduler/analyst, apprising gas traders of position and events that could
affect prices. She has also studied computer networking and is a Cisco Certified

Jamie Anderson is an Associate Consultant with Webster Pacific LLC. Ms. Anderson
graduated from the University of California Los Angeles in 2006 with a Bachelor
of Science in Neuroscience. She honed her Spanish during a semester abroad in Santiago,
Chile. While pursuing her degree, Ms. Anderson learned about small business through
working with a successful real estate, hotel and restaurant entrepreneur. At Webster
Pacific, Ms. Anderson does financial analysis and research for a wide range of clients.
