Tom founded Webster Pacific in 2004 after leading companies across manufacturing and consumer goods, including as President of Lewis Bolt & Nut and CFO of Mendocino Forest Products. He consulted at Bain & Company and holds an MBA from Stanford.
Veronica leads client engagements and delivers outsourced CFO-level support: financial analysis, cash flow planning, and financial modeling across D2C, manufacturing, retail, and private equity. She plays a central role in advancing WP's AI-driven consulting.
Collin works across programming and automation with Python, automated spreadsheet reports and dashboards, data gathering, and data models. He earned his B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin.
Betty brings experience in business modeling, financial analysis, and data storytelling. She holds a Master's in Econometrics and Operations Research from the Prague University of Economics and Business, with a minor in Data Engineering.
William earned a B.A. in Geography from Dartmouth, an M.Sc. in Geographical Information Science from Edinburgh, and a 2010 Fulbright Scholarship. His fieldwork spans elephant conservation in Kenya, a grizzly bear study in Montana, and beekeeping on five continents.
Dylan specializes in using Python to scrape, organize, and analyze complex datasets, turning them into models, visualizations, and maps. He also builds end-to-end Google Sheets applications and dashboards with Apps Script.
Jaime brings over 17 years of financial management experience as a certified expert in QuickBooks Online and Xero, collaborating with clients across industries to streamline operations and keep financial records precise.
Ben specializes in ETL and data analysis with Python and SQL, building and maintaining critical data infrastructure and turning data-driven insights into answers for complex business problems across retail, education, and non-profits.
Daniel earned his B.A. in Mathematics and Economics from Bowdoin College in 2025 and brings data-analytics experience from nonprofit and startup internships, where his recommendations informed executive strategy and improved operations.
Luke studied Computer Science at Williams College, where he learned to think spatially and carefully about systems. At WP he focuses on client-facing AI and automating financial processes, and holds the Claude Certified Architect – Foundations certification.
Stephan studied Biological Engineering and Management at MIT, where he also played on the varsity lacrosse team. At WP he focuses on finance and operations, building complex models and serving clients directly, and helps train clients to put AI to work in their businesses.
