Thomas M. Paper
is the Managing Partner of Webster Pacific LLC, which was formed in early 2004. His background includes: a) President of Lewis Bolt & Nut Company, a manufacturer of bolts & forgings for the railroads, b) President of Premier Roasters, a manufacturer of private label roast & ground coffee for the major grocers in North America, c) CFO of Mendocino Forest Products, a fully-integrated manufacturer and supplier of forest products to Home Depot, d) multiple years of consulting experience, including work for Bain & Company and industry experience in agribusiness, OTC drugs, publishing, nutraceuticals, internet radio and janitorial equipment. He currently sits on the boards of Lewis Bolt & Nut Company and Mendocino Forest Products. Mr. Paper received his undergraduate degree from Williams College and his MBA from Stanford University.
is a Consultant with Webster Pacific LLC. Steve earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Massachusetts. He served as an intern in the United States Senate for Senator Mark Kirk, where he attended hearings and contributed writing to the senator’s foreign policy. He performs research frequently for Bloomberg and other media outlets regarding location strategy in retail and real estate.
is a Consultant with Webster Pacific, LLC. William earned a B.A. in Geography modified with Biology from Dartmouth College in 2008 and a M.Sc. in Geographical Information Science from University of Edinburgh in 2014. He has been employed in a variety of fields including an elephant conservation project in Kenya, a grizzly bear population study in Montana, and has worked with honey bees and beekeepers on 5 continents. In 2010 he was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to study the historical records of honey bee nectar flows in Slovenia.
is a Consultant with Webster Pacific LLC. Prior to Webster Pacific, she worked for 15 years in the investment business where she focused on client service and sales. Additionally, she has experience in development, strategic planning, and consulting. She has volunteered at multiple environmental non-profit entities and has held board positions at a school and educational non-profit in the San Francisco Bay Area. Eleanor holds a BA from University of California Berkeley.
is an Associate Consultant with Webster Pacific LLC. He graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Economics and Policy and a Minor in Geospatial Information Science and Technologies. While at the University of California, Berkeley, Chris was a 4-year member of the Men’s Heavyweight Crew Team, a team that won the IRA National Championship in 2016. Chris has interned at Bank of the West and Volkswagen Group in Hong Kong, where he took a data-driven approach to solving problems.
is an Associate Consultant with Webster Pacific LLC specializing in programming and automation with Python. Jackson was a Regent Scholar at University of California, Santa Barbara where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Financial Mathematics and Statistics in 2019. He has work experience with market research, data analytics, and machine learning.
is an Associate Consultant with Webster Pacific LLC. She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cognitive Science and a Minor in Data Science. While at UC Berkeley, Marsha was a student researcher in the Berkeley Institute of Data Science investigating best practices for the labeling of data used in machine learning. She also studied abroad in Lund, Sweden. Marsha has interned in human resource consulting, where she was able to creatively solve problems using data.
