Thomas M. Paper
is the Managing Partner of Webster Pacific LLC, which was formed in early 2004. His background includes: a) President of Lewis Bolt & Nut Company, a manufacturer of bolts & forgings for the railroads, b) President of Premier Roasters, a manufacturer of private label roast & ground coffee for the major grocers in North America, c) CFO of Mendocino Forest Products, a fully-integrated manufacturer and supplier of forest products to Home Depot, d) multiple years of consulting experience, including work for Bain & Company and industry experience in agribusiness, OTC drugs, publishing, nutraceuticals, internet radio and janitorial equipment. He currently sits on the boards of Lewis Bolt & Nut Company and Mendocino Forest Products. Mr. Paper received his undergraduate degree from Williams College and his MBA from Stanford University.
is a Principal with Webster Pacific LLC, having been with the firm since 2015. Steve is responsible for client relations and project management with a team of data analysts. He specializes in serving the retail and education industries with location strategy, financial analysis, operations, and marketing analytics. Steve earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Massachusetts.
is a Consultant with Webster Pacific, LLC. William earned a B.A. in Geography modified with Biology from Dartmouth College in 2008 and a M.Sc. in Geographical Information Science from University of Edinburgh in 2014. He has been employed in a variety of fields including an elephant conservation project in Kenya, a grizzly bear population study in Montana, and has worked with honey bees and beekeepers on 5 continents. In 2010 he was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to study the historical records of honey bee nectar flows in Slovenia.
is a Consultant with Webster Pacific LLC. Prior to Webster Pacific, she worked for 15 years in the investment business where she focused on client service and sales. Additionally, she has experience in development, strategic planning, and consulting. She has volunteered at multiple environmental non-profit entities and has held board positions at a school and educational non-profit in the San Francisco Bay Area. Eleanor holds a BA from University of California Berkeley.
is an Associate Consultant with Webster Pacific LLC. She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cognitive Science and a Minor in Data Science. While at UC Berkeley, Marsha was a student researcher in the Berkeley Institute of Data Science investigating best practices for the labeling of data used in machine learning. She also studied abroad in Lund, Sweden. Marsha has interned in human resource consulting, where she was able to creatively solve problems using data.
is a Data Manager with Webster Pacific LLC. Collin earned a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin. He works on a broad variety of projects including programming and automation with Python, developing automated spreadsheet reports and dashboards, gathering/scraping data, and creating data models.
is a Research Analyst with Webster Pacific, LLC. Junia earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of São Paulo in 2020 and is currently pursuing a M. Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering at the same University. She also did an exchange at The Hong Kong University of Science in 2019. Prior to joining Webster Pacific, Junia worked for a consulting firm in Brazil and did internships in different sectors like food and beverage, energy, and chemicals, both in Brazil and in China.
is a Research Analyst with Webster Pacific LLC. She graduated from the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture in 2014 with a Master’s degree in Geoinformation Science and Photogrammetry. She also has a Master’s degree in Land Management and Cadaster and has completed courses on Spatial Data Infrastructure from Vancouver Island University in 2017. Liliia has experience in creating of aerial orthophotos, digital elevation models, performing spatial analysis, and publishing web services.
is a Data Analyst with Webster Pacific LLC. Dylan is earning his Bachelor’s in Computer Science from California State University of Sacramento. He works on programming and automation in Python to scrape/gather data then use that data to create models and maps to help visualize.
