End User License Agreement (EULA)

Webster Pacific LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”) grants you (“User”) a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our website and QuickBooks integration application, subject to the following terms:
1. License
- You may use the app for your internal business purposes only.
- You may not resell, distribute, or sublicense the app without permission.
2. Restrictions
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app.
- You may not use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
3. Data Access
The app uses OAuth 2.0 to access your QuickBooks data. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your QuickBooks credentials.
4. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the app and delete any downloaded data.
